”Through meditation I've learned to go deep within to answer all the questions I have about myself and about life. And through Reiki and Shamanism I've learned the power of the energy body and to look to it for the next level of rapid and transformational healing. Most importantly I've learned that this is a new way of life. Not just techniques I practice, but the foundation from which I live a successful and happy life.”
Krystal Chesnutt
I’m interested in using the practice of yoga to allow us to live for The All of IT. I include the grace of flow and curiosities of alignment to promote a practice that is strong, capable, and sustainable. I’m known for my fierce passion, detail in alignment, and extreme authenticity. I offer a unique approach to the poses giving my students the opportunity to shift perspective and access their bodies in ways they never thought they could.”
Danielle Schmieder
I’m been a Personal Trainer, Performance Exercise Specialist, and Bootcamp instructor. My experience has taught me that exercise doesn’t have to be a chore, but can instead be incorporated into the life you love. Balance is what this is about and I’m all about getting outside, eating great food, and putting out maximum effort. I’m a firm believer in the phrase, “no excuses” and believe that you CAN make anything happen. Set goals, incorporate them into your daily life, and work towards them on a consistent basis.”

“Over the course of the past 16 years, I have evolved within my own life experiences which have given me the knowledge to support and guide others on their individual paths. I have taken my experience of being raised in poverty, abused, being assaulted, a teen mom, working several different jobs, from a yoga instructor and a business owner and I weaved my knowledge of healing, manifestation, success, abundance, and relationships into my own life and used it to create powerful, life-changing sessions.”
Ali is also the founder of the only black-owned yoga studio in Denver, Urban Sanctuary.

“I’m a a soul streaker, a ritual weaver and energetic healer & bodyworker. Through intimacy coaching & sensuality education, I create the container for you to reignite your relationship with your Self, your World, and your Relationships. I draw upon her background in mindful movement & meditation, indigenous wisdom traditions, divine feminine & masculine studies, and somatic sexological bodywork to merge the Spiritual & the Sensual, and she invites you to explore their ecstatic depths, healing and transformation.”
Jaylyn Gough
Indigenous Practices Consultant
“I’m from the Diné (Navajo) Tribe in New Mexico. I formed Native Womens Wilderness out of the frustration of the lack women of color, let alone a Native Woman, represented in the outdoor industries. My desire is for NWW to be a platform for Native voices, a place to express the love and passion for the Wild, and to provide education of the ancestral lands we all love to explore. Jaylyn has been a guide, a mountain bike race coordinator for eight years, and an avid mountain climber, hiker, mountain biker, climber, and a landscape photographer. You can always find her exploring the Wild with her camera in hand!”

A note from the founder:
“As a trauma and depression survivor, I am fortunate to know the value in wellness and self-care. I am a firm believer that a happy and healthy life is available to everyone and those who are lucky to experience the benefits of self care have an obligation to pass their good fortune forward. In developing this program, my wish is to equip all attendees with the skills and mindset for life and the ability to pass their new found skills onto their community in an effort to confront the commoditization of the wellness industry. Wellness is for EVERYONE and should be accessible to EVERYONE. If you are in need of self care, but don’t have the budget to support our efforts, please, please sign up for our donation-based program. Not only can you participate for a price within your budget, you also have a chance to win a spot on a Root Adventures retreat in 2021!”
