Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, and other marks are not covered under the our warranty. If you wish to return your purchased Root Adventures item that has no manufacturer defect, you may do so if the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition. We can issue you a refund or credit for exchange.
