8 Days - Torres Del Paine
Day 1
Patagonia Adventure Begins
Your Torres del Paine trek adventure officially kicks off today! To begin, you will picked up this morning either from your hotel or the airport in Punta Arenas upon arrival. You will be driven to EcoCamp Patagonia, located in the world-famous Torres del Paine National Park. The drive is picturesque and highly atmospheric, featuring many wild birds and wonderful Patagonian landscapes. The day will come to an end, as you arrive at EcoCamp Patagonia, spoiled with a prime view of the majestic Torres. Sunset is usually around 11:00 PM during the summer months, meaning that there will still be enough daylight for you to admire the Patagonian steppe with its guanacos and snow-peaked mountain horizon, before tucking in for bed.
Day 2
Los Cuernos
Today's journey starts off with a pleasant walk through the sinuous Cuernos Trail. This scenic route will lead you alongside the beautiful Lake Nordenskjold. During this warm-up walk, you will have the opportunity to admire the park’s exquisite flora and fauna, complimented by the magnificent views of the park’s central lakes. You may even catch a glimpse of the Paine’s Horns, majestic black horn-like peaks of slate atop gray granite, which crown the center of the Massif. The trek ends at Refugio Los Cuernos, a small and cozy mountain refuge located by the shores of Lake Nordenskjold. Alternatively this hike can also end at Domo el Francés, located between Cuernos and Italiano camping sites, with an amazing view of Nordenskjöld lake. The evening is free for you to relax, as dinner is prepared.

Day 3
The Paine Massif’s Heart: Valle Frances
After breakfast at this morning, you will begin the challenging trek to Valle Frances (French Valley), along a steep trail that leads to the very heart of the Paine Massif. How far into this venture you go, depends on your group's trekking rhythm. A swifter walk will lead you to the hanging bridge over the French River, located at the foot of the south east face of the Massif, where you will be treated to fantastic views of the valley. You will then continue to ascend towards the upper section of the valley, where you will be able to marvel at the extensive mass of the valley's geological formations: Hoja (Blade), Máscara (Mask), Espada (Sword), Catedral (Cathedral), Aleta de Tiburón (Shark’s Fin) and the magnificent Fortaleza (Fortress). After the upward trek, relish in some time to rest your legs and settle down for a picturesque picnic. Today's trek will finish up, as you descend through an undulating terrain of mixed grassland and light forest, which will guide you back to Refugio Paine Grande.

Day 4
Glacier Grey
This day will see us hike from Paine Grande Refugio along the shores of Lake Pehoe to the northern side of the glacially beautiful Lake Grey. We will feast on a picnic lunch before boarding the boat that sails right to the huge, crystalline facade of Glacier Grey, where we will have plenty of time to marvel at the calving glacier. From the southern end of Glacier Grey we will transfer to EcoCamp. Due to the temperamental weather of the region, boat trips across the lake may occasionally be restricted during Shoulder Season (October and April) or cancelled if the required minimum of 10 passengers is not reached. If either is the case, we will trek up to the sightseeing point and profit from wonderful, panoramic views of the Glacier instead. Then we will return on foot to Paine Grande and take a catamaran to Pudeto’s dock, where we will be picked up and driven to EcoCamp.

Day 5
Torres del Paine
You've reached day five of your seven day trek, and the exciting goal of today will be to complete the most famous trekking trail in all of Torres del Paine National Park! You will take off from the campsite this morning, walking towards Hostería Las Torres, before ascending to Ascencio Valley on the Tower's eastern face. Mountain ridges, beech forests and small rivers line the scenic walk towards the valley. Your big challenge will come in the form of the steep moraine, a huge mass of boulders, which will lead you to that iconic base-view of the Towers - Three gigantic granite monoliths, the remains of a great cirque sheared away by the forces of glacial ice. After a tough uphill climb, the Towers eventually come into full view, rising majestically before you, with the glacial lake visible below. Is there any better place in the world to have lunch? After feasting on the view and your tasty picnic, you will backtrack along the same trail through Ascencio Valley and return to EcoCamp for a well-deserved dinner and comfortable night's rest.

Some of the most beautiful Lenga trees can be found in the Seron woods, which is home to the elusive Magellanic Woodpecker and Tucuquere owl - the biggest owl in Chile. After a few gentle ups and downs, you will reach a lookout where you can admire the immensity of the steppe and lakes like Laguna Azul and Laguna Amarga. The path is smooth and will allow you to relax with the constant sound of the Paine River whose waters flow from the Southern Patagonian Ice Fields.

Day 7
Lazo Weber Hike
The seventh day of your voyage will begin at 8:30 AM with breakfast at EcoCamp and a moment to prepare the Box Lunch before boarding your bus at 10:00 AM. Your ride, will take you past the Lazo Weber Estancia where you will enter the National Park via Laguna Verde and begin our 12km hike. The Lazo Weber Trail is packed with native flora and wildlife – so have your cameras ready to snap pics of the guanacos, owls, eagles, condors, and caranchos – all with the mountainous Paine range on our right. The hike is rather easy and apart from a few hills, the trail remains rather flat. You will stop a moment to refuel by the magical Laguna Honda, and enjoy the sights and sensations of the gorgeous landscape and fresh breeze. On your way, you will hike through one of the quietest forests in the national park, a fantastic opportunity to observe native trees such as the Lenga and the Coihue.
The rest of your hike will take you to a lookout point (El Toro Lookout), where you will be wowed with a 360 degree view of the Paine mountain range, the Patagonian Andes and a suite of rivers and lakes (including the Paine, Grey, and Serrano Rivers and Lake Toro, the largest in the region). An hour’s descent towards Paine River will reunite you with the van. But before you go back to EcoCamp, you will search for more animals to photograph and take a final moment to enjoy the stunning scenery. At about 7:00 PM, you will arrive back at the “dome sweet dome”, ready to share in a tasty dinner and reminiscence about the day of hiking the Lazo Weber Trail.
