Today we’ll wake up early in preparation for a big day hike. Meet for a morning guided meditation and intention setting ceremony before coming together to prepare a nutrient-rich breakfast. We’ll spend the day hiking 11 miles, learning key tips to ensuring a safe and enjoyable trek. Mid-day we’ll stop for lunch with a view of a beautiful glacial lake where our thrill-seekers have a chance to dive in! We’ll be rewarded with lush green meadows, wildflowers, and maybe some falls. We’ll keep our eyes peeled for elk, moose, bears, big-horned sheep, and more! After returning to our campsite take some time to decompress before we come together as a group for light yogic movement and meditation. Enjoy a group-prepared gourmet camp dinner with a cool-down stretch!
