Leslie Kehmeier was born and raised in Colorado. As a kid, she received three things integral her life: a bike, a camera and a love of travel.
After quitting her conventional job 2017 to ride her bike around the world, she discovered sleeping in a tent is better than sitting at a desk.
Leslie now lives in a barn in East Tennessee and creates visual stories about humans and the outdoors.

Q: What are your favorite self-care practices?
A: Journaling, cold plunging, massage
Q: What's your favorite place to travel and why? I have a deep love for the water and mountains. If you put them together, I am in heaven.
A: My current favorite is India - it engages all the senses! I went for the first time in the fall of 2023 to Ladakh. I'm going back early 2025 on an epic photo adventure to Delhi, Kolkata, Varanasi, and other places.
